Responsive platform for integrated health coaching
A custom application I designed in close collaboration with OddBird developers and the ORCAS team – integrating their suite of self-management tools. I designed the brand including logo, color palette, typography, and avatar graphics.
I also led the UX design process with mobile-first, user-centered wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for video chat, in-app messaging, public Q&A, webinars, file sharing, health assessments, and more. The app has been used internally by the US Coast Guard, US Military, and National Institutes of Health.
Before launch, I help run accessibility testing via video calls with numerous potential users. I analyzed the feedback and recommended iterations. In collaboration with the client, I designed the marketing landing page and help craft the marketing message.
